bryan/college station photographer | it’s love | jennifer and buppy

i think there was more smiling, laughing, loving, kissing, hugging, and enjoying in this session than 10 sessions combined.  jennifer and buppy have it.  and they LOVE each other.  i had so much fun talking about life and how their roads collided, business (buppy runs (and owns) BUPPY’S a catering company in town and it is INCREDIBLE!!!), and life here in Bryan/College Station.  Jennifer and Buppy are the real deal.  I walked away from our session excited about love, life, and business-  Buppy has one of those contagious personalities that makes you want to get all fired up and save the world-  His heart for people and being the best is evident in all that he does.  Seriously, you name the food- they make it & make it WELL.  i shot a couple of showers for them last saturday and the food was CRAZY!!  i had the BEST SMOKED SAMON OF MY LIFE.  i could go on forever, but i’ll spare you- they serve lunch daily- so go check them out!!

Jennifer and Buppy are getting married in a couple of weeks at Lilian Farms and i cannot wait to document their day- it is going to be incredible. i have to say, that i’m really excited about the food too- i mean, really? can you imagine?  they had THREE SHEETS of dishes they were deciding from- (and those where just their favs) i am going to make sure i get a nice comfy corner to get my grub on in  and a nice cold something to sip on… and then i’ll get back to work! (but really, i’m excited their getting married too… but for the record jen & buppy… can brandon and i be invited to all of your parties?  i’ll bring my camera and a sign that will say “will work for food.” you think i’m playin’….)

i just love this last image- it just speaks so much to me about trust and love- i don’t know if it just they way they fit perfectly- or  just the emotion their joy stirs… i just love it- (i gave it a fun vintage feel for kicks….)

Wow…what lens did you use for the picture in the middle with them standing under the monster tree? Incredible shot – not sure how you were able to cram it all into one frame!!

hey craig! that was shot with my 24 1.4… it’s pretty sweet :) i was standing about 5 feet beneath them (the tree was on much higher ground so i was able to shoot up)
